We're getting married

Rohan & Natalie

Columbia Sun · Lady's Mile, Limassol
Saturday, the 5th of June, 2027

A beach, a bar, a very long dinner, and everyone we like in one place.

Scroll

Right, here's the plan

We're getting married, at home, on a beach in Limassol, at a place we love, with the sea just ten steps away.

Some of you are coming from down the road. Others are dusting off a passport for the occasion. Either way, we're genuinely thrilled you'll be there.

We've put everything you need in one place.. where to be, where to stay, how to get here, and how to turn the wedding into a proper few days in the sun.

Have a scroll. Book the flights. Clear your calendar.

See you at the beach,

Rohan & Natalie

How we got here

Every couple has a story.
Ours starts with a lie.

When Rohan met Natalie, he told her he was a dolphin trainer. She believed him. So did her entire Cypriot family, for a good few weeks.

Eleven years on, the dolphins are still fictional, the rest turned out to be real, and here we are.

“He lied about the dolphins. She's marrying him anyway.”

The weekend

The wedding takes place on Saturday, but we hope you'll make a few days of it. We've added our favourite places to eat, drink and explore around Limassol elsewhere on the site.

Columbia Sun

Lady's Mile Beach, Limassol

We're getting married at Columbia Sun, at the quieter end of Lady's Mile. It's right on the water, with open views, sunset light and everything happening in one place, from the ceremony through to dinner and dancing.

Once you arrive, settle in and stay for the evening. We'll be arranging transport to and from the main accommodation areas, so there's no need to drive on the day.

Flights, transfers & the essentials

For everyone flying in, here's how to make it painless.

Which airport

  • Larnaca (LCA), about 50 minutes from Limassol. Usually the easiest.
  • Paphos (PFO), about 1 hour from Limassol. Handy for some western routes.

Direct flights run from loads of European cities. Book early. June is lovely, which means it's popular.

From the airport

We recommend hiring a car. Cyprus is quite spread out, car hire is reasonably priced, and having your own transport will make the trip much easier. Cars are available from both Larnaca and Paphos airports — and remember, Cyprus drives on the left.

Other options include:

  • Private airport transfer
  • Limassol Airport Express shuttle
  • Taxi

Not sure what makes the most sense for your plans? Send us a message and we'll happily help.

Good to know

  • Currency: Euro (€)
  • Language: Greek, but English is spoken pretty much everywhere
  • Plugs: UK-style three-pin (Type G)
  • Visas: depends on your passport. EU/UK guests generally won't need one; everyone else, check early

Pack for the weather

Limassol in June: hot, dry, and very sunny.

Getting to the wedding

We've got the driving covered

On the wedding day, we'll be arranging transport to Columbia Sun and back again afterwards, so there's no need to think about driving, parking, or who's staying sober.

We'll share the final pick-up points and times here once they're confirmed. Just tell us where you're staying, and we'll take it from there.

“You've come all this way. Don't just fly in and out.”

Two we rate

Two places at two price points, and we've sorted discount codes for both. Book early; Limassol fills up in summer.

Amazing.

Good to know

20 March 2027. Don't make us chase you (we will chase you).

Get to Columbia Sun for 6:30 pm; the ceremony starts at 7:00 pm and lasts about ten minutes. Be seated by 6:55.

Open bar, all night, from the moment you arrive. And plenty of food. You're in good hands.

Your invite says who's included. Unsure? Just ask.

We're planning an adults-only celebration and hope you can enjoy a proper night off with us. We do understand that travelling to Cyprus without little ones may not be straightforward, so if this creates a genuine difficulty for you, please have a quiet word with us.

Larnaca (LCA) is usually easiest for Limassol (about 50 minutes). Paphos (PFO) also works (about 1 hour).

Depends on your passport, so check early. EU/UK guests generally won't; others should confirm.

We'd recommend hiring a car — it's reasonably priced and makes getting around the island much easier (cars are available at both Larnaca and Paphos). If you'd rather not drive, there are private transfers, the Limassol Airport Express shuttle, and taxis. On the wedding day itself, we'll be arranging transport to Columbia Sun and back, so no need to worry about driving then.

Yes — right on the water at Columbia Sun. The ceremony and dinner are on solid flooring, so see the dress code for what to wear.

Contact Rohan or Natalie. Ask us anything, we're locals.
